Dubai investment holding group chaired by HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum and led by Group CEO Amit Kaushal since February 2018. It integrated Nakheel and Meydan in 2024 and as of May 2026 is the largest shareholder in Emaar Properties.
