1. Service contact
Arabian.CEO is presented as part of the BHD Group portfolio. Privacy questions can be submitted through the contact form. No legal-entity identifier or registered address is asserted here without a verified record.
2. Data the service receives
- Account and checkout details previously submitted, including name, email, phone number, public target link, service selection, and quantity.
- Order, support, and transaction records created while the service handles a request.
- Payment status, processor references, and limited payment-method metadata returned by a configured processor. Raw card details are not stored by Arabian.CEO.
- A public account handle and platform chosen in the optional profile analyzer. Those values are sent to the configured analyzer service, and the returned public profile or post data can be cached for up to ten minutes.
- Session, security, server, and error logs generated when the site is used. These can include an IP address, browser information, request time, and requested path.
The catalogue and profile analyzer do not request a social-platform password.
3. How the data is used
Data is used to validate and fulfil an order, confirm payment state, provide order tracking, prevent abuse, answer support requests, reconcile disputes, and maintain required business records. A phone number or email can also be used to send an OTP when you request account access.
4. Service providers
A configured payment processor can receive payment and billing data needed for a transaction. A fulfilment provider can receive the public target, service identifier, and quantity needed for an accepted order. The configured profile-analyzer service receives the public account handle and platform submitted to that optional tool. Hosting, mail, and configured messaging providers process the limited data needed to operate those functions. Public pages can load configured analytics or measurement tools. Private tokenized receipt and verification pages are served without third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
5. Cookies and logs
The site uses cookies required for sessions, security, language, and account access. Public measurement tools, when enabled, can set their own cookies under their published terms. Browser controls can block optional cookies, although blocking required cookies can prevent login or checkout.
6. Retention and security
Order, payment, account, support, and security records are kept while needed for operations, reconciliation, fraud prevention, or an applicable record-keeping duty. The exact period depends on the record and the reason it is held. The site uses HTTPS and access controls, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
7. Requests and applicable rights
You can ask to access or correct information connected to you, or raise a deletion or objection request, through the contact form. The request will be assessed against the records held, account-security checks, and rights or retention duties that apply in the relevant jurisdiction. You can also complain to the privacy authority available under applicable law.
8. Age, external links, and changes
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. External sites and payment pages publish their own privacy terms. This notice can be updated when the service or its data flows change; the date above identifies the current version.
