Terms of Service
1. Current status
Arabian.CEO is presented as part of the BHD Group portfolio. The public catalogue can describe available service categories and current limitations, but it must not accept a new payment while the verified contracting record is absent. Existing customers can continue to use private tokenized tracking and support channels.
2. Catalogue and orders
The checkout identifies the selected catalogue option, public target, quantity, current limit, currency, and total before payment. Availability depends on a configured fulfilment provider and can be withdrawn before payment. An order is not accepted merely because a browser displays a payment return page; the server must verify the processor callback and record the order state.
3. Payments
New payment submission is currently unavailable. If a verified processor flow is enabled later, Arabian.CEO can receive payment status and processor references but must not store a full card number. A pending or unmatched payment is not treated as completed and can require reconciliation.
4. Delivery limits
Catalogue orders use a public profile, post, video, channel, or business-listing link. No social-platform password is required. A third-party fulfilment provider handles accepted orders and the relevant platform controls its own counts, moderation, availability, and policies. Arabian.CEO does not promise a start time, completion time, retention period, refill, ranking improvement, reach, revenue, or another business result.
5. Problems with an order
If a payment or delivery state does not match the order, use the contact form with the order reference. The recorded payment and fulfilment state will be reviewed before a correction, re-dispatch, account-balance adjustment, or another remedy is offered. The site does not promise an automatic original-tender refund, replacement, refill, or retention. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for an account, listing, or content you are not authorized to manage, for unlawful or deceptive activity, to submit malicious input, to interfere with the site, or to violate another person's rights. You are responsible for checking the policies of the platform connected to your order. Arabian.CEO is not affiliated with or authorized by the named social platforms unless a page expressly states otherwise with verifiable evidence.
7. Suspension and changes
Access or an unpaid order can be refused when information cannot be validated, a provider is unavailable, fraud or abuse is suspected, or continued processing would be unlawful. Material changes to these terms are identified by the date above and apply prospectively, subject to mandatory law and obligations already attached to an accepted order.
8. Existing order questions
Send an existing-order question through the contact form with the order reference and requested resolution. No governing law, exclusive forum, liability waiver, indemnity, or assignment right is asserted here before the contracting operator is verified.
