Renaissance Services is Oman's leading accommodation, services solutions and integrated facilities management company, listed on the Muscat Stock Exchange since 1996. It has invested over USD 520 million in the Sultanate and is one of the largest private-sector employers of Omani nationals. Samir J Fancy chairs its board, and Stephen R Thomas, CEO from 1998 to June 2025, now serves as CEO Emeritus and advisor to the board and CEO.
