The group operates in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Iraq with a land bank above 128 million square metres, secured an Iraqi licence in May 2026 for a 12.8 million square metre Baghdad city, and is developing The Spine east of Cairo at an estimated cost of 27 billion dollars.
