Leyan Al Mawali

Leyan Al Mawali is Group Chief Legal Officer at Asyad Group, leading the legal function across the group and its business units. She has more than 13 years of legal experience, including at an international law firm advising on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance in Oman, and as in-house counsel at a state-owned enterprise on power and water procurement and the development of Oman's electricity spot market. She is a qualified solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and holds an LLB from the University of Queensland.
