Mohsin Haider Darwish LLC (MHD) is an Omani business house founded in 1934 and converted to a corporate entity in 1987. It is organised into two clusters, ACERE (Automotive, Construction Equipment & Renewable Energy) chaired by Areej Mohsin Haider Darwish and ITICS (Infrastructure, Technology, Industrial & Consumer Solutions) chaired by Lujaina Mohsin Haider Darwish, with divisions covering automotive and commercial vehicles, computers and office automation, electrical and electronics, engineering products, gases and medical equipment, tyres and batteries, projects and building materials.
