National Finance is Oman's leading finance and leasing company, listed on the Muscat Stock Exchange, and merged with Orix Leasing Company under Ominvest's ownership. For the six months to 30 June 2026 it reported operating profit of RO 15 million, up 23.19 percent, and profit after tax of RO 8.08 million, with an Omanisation rate of 93.4 percent across a workforce of 424. Hani Muhammad Al Zubair chairs its board, Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Balushi is Deputy Chairman and Tariq Sulaiman Al Farsi is Chief Executive Officer.
