نبذة
Ominvest is Oman's largest publicly listed investment company, headquartered at the Ominvest Business Centre in Madinat Al Erfaan, Muscat. Under Group CEO Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Balushi, who joined in 2014, it merged with ONIC Holding, listed its insurance subsidiary National Life through an IPO, merged National Finance with Orix Leasing, and took part in the merger of Oman Arab Bank with Alizz Islamic Bank. Its insurance arm NLGIC (now Liva) acquired RSA Middle East in 2023, and in July 2026 Ominvest agreed to take a strategic stake of up to 20 percent in Bank Nizwa as part of the proposed Alizz merger. Rashad Muhammad Al Zubair chairs its board.
