نبذة
Port of Salalah is a publicly traded company on the Muscat stock market whose board of seven members represents its shareholders and is responsible for strategy, corporate performance, the appointment of the CEO and governance. Sheikh Braik Musallam Al Amri chairs the board, Abdulmalik Al Balushi is Deputy Chairman, and the executive management is led by Chief Executive Officer Steven Yoogalingam with Farooq Zuberi as Chief Financial Officer.
