Ashraf Hamed Al Mamari is Group Chief Executive Officer of OQ. He has 20 years of experience across national and international oil companies and serves as Board Chairman of OQ Exploration & Production and OQ Refineries and Petroleum Industries, with board seats at OQ Trading, the University of Technology and Applied Sciences and the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association. He is also a member of the Omantel board. He holds a BSc in General Management from Sultan Qaboos University and is pursuing a DBA at Coventry University.
