Dr. Faisal bin Abdullah bin Shaban Al Farsi is Chief Executive Officer of the Social Protection Fund in Oman and previously General Manager of the Public Authority for Social Insurance. He has been a Director of Bank Muscat since March 2022, sits on the Ooredoo Oman board where he chairs the Audit and Risk Committee, and is a member of the Omantel board. He holds a Master's in International Business Law and a PhD in Business and Commercial Law.
