Oman Reinsurance Company SAOG

Oman Reinsurance Company (Oman Re) is the first reinsurer established in Oman, registered on 4 August 2008 and licensed by the Capital Market Authority on 2 July 2009 to write facultative and treaty business including fire, engineering, accident, medical, motor and aviation classes. Its head office is in Al Khuwair, Muscat; it opened a branch at the Qatar Financial Centre in August 2021 and listed on the Muscat Stock Exchange the same year. Gross written premium reached RO 56.1 million in 2024.
