Biography

H.E. Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi has been President and CEO of QatarEnergy since September 2014 and Minister of State for Energy Affairs and Deputy Chairman of QatarEnergy since 4 November 2018. He joined the company in 1986 and holds a BSc in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He chairs the Board of Directors of Qatar Airways Group and sits on the QIA board.
