Refund Policy

We want every order to land exactly as promised. This policy explains when refunds apply and how our refill guarantee protects you. If anything is unclear, contact us before and after ordering and we will help.

Orders that have not started

If an order has not started delivering yet and you need to cancel or change it, contact us and we will cancel and refund it in full. Once delivery has begun it cannot be undone, so reach out quickly.

Orders that under-deliver

If an order delivers less than ordered and cannot be completed, we refund the shortfall or, if you prefer, redeliver the missing amount. You are never charged for what you did not receive.

Wrong link or private account

The most common issue is an incorrect link or a private account, which blocks delivery. Double-check your link and make sure your account is public before ordering. If a mistake happens, contact us and we will correct or refund where possible.

The 30-day refill guarantee

Most services include a 30-day refill guarantee. If engagement drops within that window we top it back up for free, so a normal drop is a refill, not a refund.
