Asyad Shipping is the shipping arm of Asyad Group, with over 3,000 employees, which its leadership page says has been transformed from a traditional asset owner into one of the world's largest and most diversified shipping operators. It completed a USD 332.8 million IPO on the Muscat Stock Exchange in 2025, and its market capitalisation rose from USD 1.7 billion at listing to about USD 4 billion by June 2026.
