About
Asyad Group is Oman's integrated logistics provider, a USD 4 billion enterprise backed by an initial USD 26 billion in government infrastructure spending, whose board includes representatives of the Ministry of Finance and Oman Investment Authority. Its assets include three deep-water ports, a dry port, two free zones, an economic zone, one of the largest drydocks in the Middle East and a fleet of over 80 vessels, and its services span container shipping, freight forwarding, warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment and express delivery. Under Group CEO Abdulrahman Al Hatmi it acquired SFS in 2024 and Ligentia in 2026 and listed Asyad Shipping on the Muscat Stock Exchange in 2025.
