About

ITHCA Group, formerly Oman Information and Communication Technologies Group (OICT Group), was established in 2019 to direct investment toward fourth industrial revolution technologies and the infrastructure that supports them. It integrated Oman Broadband, Oman Technology Fund, Oman Towers and Space Communication Technologies under its umbrella, launched Withaq Services in 2021 and invested with Oracle and Onsor Technologies in 2020.
