Oman Cement Company is a publicly listed cement manufacturer. In April 2023 it confirmed completion of a share purchase agreement under which Huaxin (Hong Kong) International Holdings acquired 59.58 percent of its share capital from The Investment Authority Company SPC for an estimated USD 193.1 million, with the stake assigned to Huaxin's Mauritius subsidiary Abra Holdings. In May 2023 the board appointed Zhu Yaping, formerly head of Cement Industrial Performance at Huaxin, as CEO following the retirement of Salim Abdullah Al Hajri.
