About

Riyada is Oman's Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority. It reported that registered SMEs reached 130,359 by end-December 2025 and launched a 2026 plan of more than 700 initiatives across eight pillars including entrepreneurship culture, financing, incubators, local content and the National Handicrafts Programme. Since inception it has launched 30 business incubators, and its Al-Azm loan approvals reached 514 worth RO 44.385 million by end-2025.
