Biography

Abdulwahid Mohamed Al Murshidi is Chief Executive Officer of Sohar International, appointed on 26 February 2025 after serving as Acting CEO from 1 January 2025. He joined the bank in July 2019 and brings more than 18 years of experience across audit, finance, investment and Islamic banking, having earlier served as Deputy General Manager at a local Islamic bank.
