Mulham Basheer Al Jarf is Deputy President for Investment at Oman Investment Authority and Chairman of the Board of OQ. He has more than 25 years of experience across investment, finance and international business, with earlier positions at Oman Oil Company, the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Oman Gas Company and the General Telecommunication Organization.
