Reservations your consulate can verify.
A real airline booking reference and a real hotel confirmation, held for your appointment and released afterwards. No fare paid until your visa is granted.
How it works
Three steps, and the only thing you pay for is the service.
Tell us the route and the date
Give us your appointment date as well, so the reservation is still live when the consulate opens your file.
We hold the reservation
A real booking is created with the airline and the property. You receive the itinerary and voucher by email, usually within the hour.
Fly, or walk away
Visa granted, we ticket the fare at the held price. Refused, we release the booking and you owe nothing more.
Requirements by consulate
What each mission actually asks for, quoted from its own published guidance.
Travel medical insurance
Schengen applications require at least EUR 30,000 of cover, valid in every member state for the whole stay and including repatriation. Policies are issued by a licensed insurer in their own name, never by us.
Who you are booking with
We hold inventory through licensed suppliers and settle with them directly. Every reservation we issue exists in the carrier's own system, and every hold we do not convert is released inside its window.

Questions
Is this a real reservation?
Yes. We hold a genuine reservation with the airline and the property, and you receive the carrier's own booking reference. A consulate can verify it directly with the airline. We do not produce look-alike documents.
Why not just buy the ticket?
Consulates and visa application centres routinely advise applicants not to purchase non-refundable tickets before a decision is issued, while the same application asks for proof of transport and accommodation. A held reservation satisfies the requirement without putting the fare at risk.
How long does the reservation stay valid?
It depends on the carrier and the fare, and typically runs from around 48 hours to two weeks. The exact expiry is printed on your itinerary. Tell us your appointment date and we will time the hold to cover it.
What does the insurance cover?
Schengen applications require medical cover of at least EUR 30,000, valid across all member states for the whole stay, including repatriation. Your policy is issued directly by a licensed insurer, not by us, and arrives in the insurer's own name.
What happens if my visa is refused?
Nothing further is owed. The reservation is released or cancelled inside its free window, so there is no fare or room charge to recover.
